The days are definitely getting longer so we no longer have any excuses after work to do some type of exercise!
Mornings are by far the best time to work out! Its done; you are off to work, and you don’t have to think about dragging your tired self to the gym after work. But, if you can not do mornings, then the beautiful summer evenings are your best bet.
Get out there and do something! Walk, bicycle, do whatever you want, but be sure to get that heart rate up. Walk around the block or to the park. Find a cool spot and do some jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. Challenge your self to do more each time and build your endurance.
Walking is great but if weight loss is your desire then you will eventually have to do more than walk. In the coming weeks we’ll discuss all of that and give you some quick and easy tips to transform your fitness life in minutes. You will learn where your heart rate needs to be in order to improve your cardio-respiratory fitness, and just where you heart rate should be to start the fat burning process.
